What is Cellular Fibro Concrete?
Cellular Fibro Concrete is a type of cellular concrete produced from a prefabricated dry mixture. It is packed in 25 kg bags (easily moved by one person) or in 500 kg big-bags. It is also delivered in mobile silo-bunkers or in special vehicles with built in mixers, directly to the construction sites.
Cellular Fibro Concrete is produced by simply mixing with water! The CFC ready-to-use dry mixture will spare you the necessity to deliver separately cement, sand, cellular agent (which is not always available with acceptable quality), to buy mixing equipment, designed especially for the purpose.
The technology is unique because cellular concrete can be prepared using standard mixing equipment, applied for preparation of dry mixtures or concretes for construction!
The material is water-resistant, frost-resistant, it possesses excellent thermal and sound insulation properties, it is fire-resistant and nature-friendly.
CFC allows for construction works to be fulfilled quickly, with high quality and low costs, as much as costs can be reduced in projects when construction forms and architectural designs are unusual and unique. Construction works can be carried out even when there is no electricity at the site.
This technology allows to set upfront the density of the cellular concrete in the range from 250 to 1400 kg/m3 when applied in monolithic construction.
Application
The broad range of application of cellular concrete today is a result of its unique properties and universality. The dry mixture CFC (Cellular Fibro Concrete) can be used in earlier unreachable places, in complex structures and in a great diversity of projects.
Technology
Cellular concrete utilization in construction has been accepted even by those who were most skeptic. Some difficulties arising from its preparation (autoclave, heating, raw materials, qualified personnel) have been for some time an obstacle to its wide application.
